| Shipping Policies
All in-stock items are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours during normal business days upon receipt of order, unless otherwise specified by the customer.
For your convenience, all shipping charges are calculated by real-time shipping modules of the carrier according the weight of your order and destination. Fondue Fusion does not make up our own estimated shipping cost.
During checkout please fill in all required fields and verify that your address is correct. UPS and Fedex will only ship on business days (Monday - Friday). Keep in mind that 2-day service shipped Thursday will arrive Monday. A list of holidays on which UPS and Fedex will not ship can be found on www.ups.com or www.fedex.com. Items ship only after payment clears. UPS and Fedex can not ship to P.O. Box Addresses. If you need your packages shipped to a P.O. Box please use the USPS shipping option.
Estimate ground delivery times using 46038 Zip Code as the package origin. Estimated arrival in the Eastern UNITED STATES is 3-4 business days. The Upper Midwest arrival time is 1-2 business days. Lower Midwest Arrival time is 3-4 business days. Western UNITED STATES can expect arrival in 5-6 business days.
FondueFusion.com will not guarantee the delivery time of any order. Orders are shipped once payment has cleared. Shipping costs will not be refunded for delayed deliveries. Deliveries can be delayed for any number of reasons. Most delays are due to weather conditions. Plan orders and choose payment options appropriately. You may select any UPS, Fedex or USPS shipping service that best suits your needs. Select the service that will ensure that you will receive the order at least 2 business days in advance to the needed time period.
International Orders
We Ship Worldwide!!! Some Export/International Orders paying with a credit card, will be followed up by an email with an attached Credit Card Authorization Form. This must be filled out and faxed back to Fonduefusion.com with copies of the credit card and the card holder’s identification. We apologize for the inconvenience of this process but due to high levels of International Credit Card fraud, this is necessary to properly verify ownership of the card being used. For international shipments, Fonduefusion.com does not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by the shipping agency, customs, brokerages, etc. are the full responsibility of the customer.
Backorder
Fonduefusion.com does not guarantee the availability of any item. Items can become out of stock at any time. Fonduefusion.com may also discontinue offering an item at any time. Orders for out of stock items may be placed on backorder. Fonduefusion.com cannot guarantee a time frame for backorder fulfillment. Customers with a backordered item will have fulfillment priority when a shipment arrives.
Damaged Shipment
Fonduefusion.com is not responsible for damage to any product during shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Fonduefusion.com regarding an order damaged while being delivered. It is important to examine your package and have the driver note any damage at the time of delivery. A representative from the shipping company may need to inspect the package as part of the claim process depending on the value of the damaged item. Only after a claim has been fully processed and received by Fonduefusion.com will new merchandise or a refund be issued. If you need to contact us regarding a damaged shipment please give full details including item(s) and description of the damage.
Returned Merchandise
For most merchandise, items are warranted by the manufacturer for a minimum of 1 year. If you wish to submit a Returned Merchandise claim, please contact fonduefu@fonduefusion.com directly for instructions.
A 20% restocking fee is required for any merchandise returned for any reason within the first 30 days after the date the merchandise has been ordered. However, no restocking fees are required for defective merchandise returns. All non-products related fees (i.e., shipping and handling, etc) are not refundable.
Fondue Fusion stands by the quality of all merchandise. We will work with you to the best of our ability regarding any merchandise returns and/or shipping concerns.
